Parent Teen Community Connection (PTCC)
We’re so glad you’re here. By registering for PTCC, you’ve taken an important first step toward strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and creating a healthier relationship between parents and teens.
This program is designed to support both youth and parents — because real transformation happens when families grow together.
Before your first session, we ask both parents and youth to complete a short Pre-Test Form.

These forms help our facilitators understand:

Concerns related to stress, bullying, relationships, or peer pressure

Decision-making and self-esteem perspectives

Areas where your family may benefit from additional support
The Parent Pre/Post-Test Form gathers insight on topics such as communication confidence, self-esteem building, and concerns like technology use and stress

The Youth Pre/Post-Test Form helps us understand how teens view communication, friendships, values, and decision-making

Your honest responses allow us to tailor the experience to best support your family. All information is kept confidential and used solely for program improvement and support.
